As we all know, the best way to get new boomerangers into the sport is through
grassroots initiatives. This year, the USBA is calling on its members to support the
“Boomerang Experience – June 2021” initiative. Here’s what you need to do…
The weekend of June 19th – 20thwe want everyone to plan a community boomerang
event (with proper Covid-19 protocols in place) at a local park/field. Invite a handful
of friends, family, kids, scout troops, etc. to your event and teach the community
how to throw.
The goal is to engage new throwers of all ages and expand the reach of our sport.
We would love for this to become a monthly occurrence in your city/town to help
keep throwers engaged but let’s start with the first event! We will share your photos
and event details through our social media networks
