United States National Boomerang Championships

The United States National Boomerang Championships will be held once again, for the “Triad of Tournaments” at Lorain County Community College on Kenny and Logan’s home turf in beautiful Elyria, Ohio, Saturday, September 30th and Sunday, October 1st , 2023.
We really want everyone to have a booming time so we’re starting way before Saturday!
The schedule will be as follows:
Wednesday Sept 28th, Unofficial arrival and welcome for anyone who wants to come in early.
Thursday Sept 28th, Trip to Cedar Point, America’s Roller Coast. Only a half hour away, just south of the Lake Erie Islands in Sandusky, Ohio, Home to some of the best rollercoasters in the world! Open from 6pm to midnight on Thursdays during Halloweekends. We leave my place at 5pm so plan flights accordingly if you want to go. https://www.cedarpoint.com for more info and pricing.
Friday Sept 29th, Official welcome
12:00 pm – 4:00pm: Paint field, practice, and socializing on field
5:00pm – whenever: Fun, shenanigans, mischief, highjinks, and monkey business. Kenny’s Boomerang Bar and Arcade
Saturday Sept 30th:
- 8:00 am: On field and registration
- 8:30am: General warm-up
- 9:00am: Start

- Accuracy
- Lunch
- Australian Round
- Fast Catch
- Endurance
After the tournament will be a free evening to explore whatever you like. I would suggest our local Elyria brewery, Unplugged or watching the sunset at Lakeview beach or Edgewater Park. The Greater Cleveland area has many wonderful things to offer, from duckpin bowling, to Jack’s casino, to the rock and roll hall of fame. There’s something for everyone here. A Saturday night in our area certainly will not disappoint.

- 7:00 pm – 11pm: Awards, Aesthetics, and Dinner
Held in the banquet room at The Foundry Kitchen and Bar Located in historic downtown Elyria.
